Complimentary tracked delivery

Standard tracked delivery is complimentary for all destinations available at checkout.

Delivery times

Complimentary tracked delivery — 7–11 days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Order processing and preparation may take a few days before dispatch. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If exceptional circumstances are likely to delay delivery, Giada & Rosa will inform you as soon as possible.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If the carrier confirms that your parcel has been lost, you may choose between a complimentary replacement shipment and a full refund of your order.
