Returns & Warranty
30-day commercial return policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return under our commercial returns policy. This 30-day policy is provided in addition to, and separately from, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To request a return, contact us through our contact form and include your order number. We will provide the return instructions for your order.
Unless required by law, or unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, return shipping costs are not covered by Giada & Rosa under this commercial returns policy. We do not promise a prepaid return label.
Returned jewellery should be complete, with any accessories supplied, and should not be damaged by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. This condition does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
First colour exchange complimentary
Your first colour exchange is complimentary within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Contact us with your order number and the harmony you would like instead. This commercial exchange benefit is separate from and does not limit your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once an eligible commercial return is received and accepted, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photographs where appropriate. Your rights and remedies will be handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our 30-day commercial return and exchange policy does not exclude, restrict or modify the consumer guarantees or any other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law are not presented by us as being limited to a fixed two-year period. The applicable rights, duration and remedies depend on the nature of the goods, the circumstances and the law.
If goods fail to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
