Returns and refunds policy

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

To submit a request, contact us through our contact form and include your order number. We will send you the return instructions together with a prepaid return label.

Returned items must be complete, include any accessories supplied, and must not have been damaged beyond the handling necessary to inspect and try them.

Right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, you have in all cases a statutory period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Our 30-day commercial return period is therefore more favourable and does not reduce your statutory rights.

Refunds

Where a right of withdrawal is exercised, we refund the amounts due to the payment method used for the order. The refund is issued no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. For sales of goods, we may defer the refund until the items have been recovered or until proof of their dispatch has been received.

Where standard delivery charges were paid with the order, these are also refunded under the conditions provided by law. Any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery offered are not refundable.

Exchanges

Your first colour or finish exchange is complimentary when requested within 30 days of receipt of the order, subject to availability. Giada & Rosa covers both the return and the replacement shipment.

Defective product or fulfilment error

If the item received is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and, if possible, photographs. You will not be charged for bringing the product into conformity, replacement or refund.

Products also benefit from the applicable statutory warranties, including the French statutory guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
